Authentication means
Ankr Advanced API uses tokens to authenticate requests.
Free plan
Free plan users may choose to skip the token and access the AAPI single entry endpoint at https://rpc.ankr.com/multichain without it. However, we still encourage you to sign up with your email, which will allow you to see the available locations for the RPC nodes that run your AAPI calls and more details.
Premium and Enterprise
For Premium and Enterprise plan users, the token is how they access the purchased Premium features.
You can obtain a token by signing up to create an account with Ankr with your email at the AAPI access page.
Keep token secure
Your token carries many privileges, so be sure to keep it secure! Do not share your token in publicly accessible areas such as GitHub, client-side code, WhatsApp, email, and so on.
